Criminal Patrol Unit

The Criminal Patrol Unit is responsible for gathering and disseminating intelligence information related to criminal activity on Ohio’s highways. Members of the unit provide instruction in criminal activity to Division troopers and other law enforcement agencies. The Criminal Patrol Unit is responsible for all 14 of the Division’s drug canine units, the Criminal Patrol supervisors and Tactical Squad members.
