LANCASTER – The Ohio State Highway Patrol is seeking the public’s assistance in locating an escaped inmate from the Southeastern Correctional Facility in Fairfield County.
Patrol investigators said that sometime after 9:00 p.m. yesterday inmate Justin M. Cline, 21, escaped from the Southeastern Correctional Facility. Cline was incarcerated at the facility on a second-degree felony Engage Corrupt Acts charge.
Cline is a white male, 5’06, weighing 150 pounds. He has short light brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a light blue inmate shirt and dark blue inmate issued pants.
Mr. Cline should be considered armed and dangerous.
