Public’s assistance sought on escaped inmate
From Heartland Behavior Healthcare Facility

MASSILLON – The Ohio State Highway Patrol is seeking the public’s assistance in locating an escaped patient from the Heartland Behavior Healthcare Facility.

Patrol investigators said that at 4:50 p.m. today patient Vincent Roberts, 37, was reportedly seen running from the facility. Roberts was at the mental health facility due to being found not guilty by reason of insanity in 2004 on one count attempted murder, one count of felonious assault and two counts of aggravated burglary.

Roberts is a white male, 5’11, weighing 170 pounds. He has black hair, brown eyes and has a moustache and goatee. He was last seen wearing a white tank top and black and white shorts.
