Patrol investigating vehicle shot on County Road 6
NEW PHILADELPHIA – The Ohio State Highway Patrol is seeking information on a vehicle involved in a Sunday evening shooting incident on County Road 6, Norris Road in Harrison County.

Jeffrey Kisner, 23, of Shadyside, and April Kish, 20, of Clarington, were traveling northbound on State Route 800 in a 1994 white Ford Escort driven by Kisner, when their vehicle was involved in a suspected aggressive driving incident.

Kisner and Kish were followed to County Road 6 when their vehicle’s rear window was shot at approximately 5:53 p.m. Sunday evening.

Patrol investigators are seeking information on a 1993 to 1996 purple or maroon two-door Pontiac Grand AM, with custom rims and a neon light around the rear license plate.
