Patrol to testify in opposition to increased truck speed
What: Colonel Paul D. McClellan, superintendent, Ohio State Highway Patrol will testify in opposition to House Bill 186, the proposal to raise truck speed limits on Ohio’s roadways.

House Transportation and Public Safety Committee

Colonel Paul D. McClellan, superintendent of the Ohio State Highway Patrol, will testify before the House Transportation and Public Safety Committee in opposition to House Bill 186, which raises the interstate speed limit for trucks to 65 miles per hour.
