Cleveland woman arrested for illegal drug conveyance
MANSFIELD – The Ohio State Highway Patrol arrested a Cleveland woman this morning for attempting to convey heroin and crack-cocaine into the Mansfield Correctional Institution.

Troopers charged Dollie Nunn, 38, with conveying illegal narcotics onto the grounds of a correctional facility, a third-degree felony.

Troopers and Department of Rehabilitation and Correction investigators obtained information that Nunn planned to convey illegal drugs into the Mansfield Correctional Institution. Troopers arrested Nunn at 10:30 a.m. today after she brought one and one-half gram of heroin and one-half gram of crack-cocaine, in four balloons, onto the grounds of the institution.

Nunn was incarcerated at the Richland County Jail. She is scheduled to appear in the Mansfield Municipal Court on Monday. If convicted, she could face up to five years in prison and a $10,000 fine.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol investigates criminal activity on state owned and leased property.
