The Ohio State Highway Patrol will brief the media on the incident that ended tonight at a house on McConkey Road in Clark County. The incident began yesterday at 8:09 a.m., when troopers were investigating a possible stolen vehicle in the westbound rest area of Interstate 70. The investigation escalated when the suspect, Greg D. Thompson, 42, fled and exited the interstate into a field.
